LaMelo Ball is having an incredible rookie campaign with the Charlotte Hornets. The 19-year-old is averaging 15.8 points, 6.0 rebounds, 6.3 assists and 1.6 steals per game on the season and has led his squad to the fifth best record in the Eastern Conference.

Off the court, he’s doing quite well for himself also.

Ball has perfected one special trick for pulling Instagram models, and it has served him very well up to this point.

There is actually no greater example of how well it has served him than what happened this past week.

During a recent Hornets game, eagle-eyed observers noticed a special guest sitting among Ball’s friends in the stands.

That special guest? 32-year-old Analicia Chaves, also known as Ana Montana.

It hasn’t been all good news for Ball, though.

Earlier this week the youngster got a firsthand lesson on the dark side of fame when an intimate tape of him leaked out.

Despite that minor setback, Ball seems focused on the task ahead – continuing to restore some semblance of respectability to the Hornets franchise.

This week the youngest Ball brother will take on LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers for the first time. When asked about the match-up, he raised some eyebrows by essentially suggesting that he wasn’t at all phased by it.

Will he be able to back that blasé attitude up when it comes time to take the court? We’ll find out soon enough.
