Joe Burrow came into the NFL with a ton of hype. Bringing a National Championship to an LSU program that was a disaster before his emergence and after his departure will do that.

To date – he has exceeded expectations.

Not only has Burrow led the Cincinnati Bengals to their first playoff showing since 2015, but he also guided the team to their first playoff victory in three decades. In the Wild Card game against the Las Vegas Raiders, the 25-year-old amassed 244 yards, two scores and zero interceptions on 24-of-34 passing.

Now he has a date with the Tennessee Titans. One person who is psyched to see him do to the top squad in the AFC what he did to the Raiders last week? Burrow’s girlfriend, Olivia Holzmacher.

On Saturday, Holzmacher took to Instagram to react to the looming Titans showdown.

This isn’t the first time one of Holzmacher’s seemingly inconspicuous posts have blown up. Her profile has grown significantly over the past year due in part to Burrow’s increased level of success and just her own rate of activity on social media.

Holzmacher’s Instagram posts largely speak for themselves:

It’s worth remembering, Holzmacher doesn’t pose for the sort of spicy photos that Christian McCaffrey’s girlfriend Olivia Culpo routinely publishes. Nor has she ever gotten her boyfriend’s name on her butt like Dak Prescott’s girlfriend memorably did. That makes her social media growth in recent months even more impressive.

Big picture, a lot is riding on today’s game.

If Burrow can lead the Bengals to an upset victory over the favorited Titans, he will achieve a level of superstardom that will exceed anything he has ever experienced before.

And by extension, Holzmacher will experience the same.

Should Burrow lose, however – then that’s probably the last we will hear from him or Holzmacher until next year.
