Joe Burrow Has Surprising Take On Ohio State vs Michigan, Alabama vs LSU

Joe Burrow has a surprising take on Ohio State vs Michigan and  Alabama vs LSU as rivalries.

Burrow, of course, is set to star in this weekend’s looming match-up between the Crimson Tide and the Tigers, so he is a bit biased in that regard.

What makes his opinion unique, though, is that Burrow served as a backup quarterback for Ohio State before arriving in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

While doing interviews regarding this weekend’s coming match-up, Burrow was presented with an interesting question: how does the Alabama vs LSU rivalry compare to Ohio State vs Michigan?

“Ohio State-Team Up North is a real good one,” he replied.

“It’s hard to answer that when you’re in the middle of both of them.

“That’s a question for me in two years when I look back and reflect on it.”

Burrow’s inability to make a decision makes sense, because each rivalry brings something unique to the table.

Obviously the Buckeyes and Wolverines have been hated rivals for a very long time, and the disgust the two fanbases have for each other is unparalleled.

That being said, the SEC has been the best conference in college football for a while now – and Alabama vs LSU has been the more meaningful game for championship aspirations for the better part of a decade.

There is really no wrong answer here, but given how sensitive all the fanbases involved are, it is hard to fault Burrow for his non-response.
