Florida Coach Tells QB To Transfer to Washington State
Florida coach Dan Mullen told his QB to transfer to Washington State recently.
According to Theo Lawson of the Spokesman-Review, Mullen recently suggested to former Gators quarterback Feleipe Franks that he should transfer to Washington State.
His rationale? The Cougars are a tremendous proving ground for graduate transfer quarterbacks.
On paper, it makes sense. Both Gardner Minshew and Anthony Gordon thrived under Mike Leach at Washington State.
It remains to be seen if Franks ultimately heeds Mullen’s advice and makes the move, but in theory the move makes a ton of sense.
Franks will presumably make his final decision on the matter sooner rather than later.

Seriously? It looked more like pass interference to me. He was trying to free his arms to make the catch.
