Winner Of Georgia vs LSU Is Obvious, Says ESPN

The Winner of Georgia vs LSU is obvious, says ESPN.

Heading into the SEC Championship Game, Georgia is well aware of what the stakes are.

If the Bulldogs win, they secure a spot in the College Football Playoff and will compete for a National Title. If they lose, the season is over.

LSU, meanwhile, has a bit less to play for. With the wins on the Tigers’ record, even if they fall to Georgia there is no way they’ll find themselves out of the postseason picture.

Stylistically this will be classic clash. LSU and its dominant offense versus Georgia and its ferocious defense. The Tigers average more than 48 points per game, whereas the Bulldogs allow just a smidgen over 10 points per game.

The Tigers are coming into this week as -5.5 favorites, but it remains to be seen where the line goes as the weak progresses.

According to ESPN’s statistical analysis, LSU has a 55.7 percent chance of emerging from this one victorious.

Will Georgia ultimately be able to shock the world and lock up a spot in the College Football Playoff?

We will find out for sure come Saturday.
