Philadelphia 76ers guard Ben Simmons is having a rough few months.
On the heels of an embarrassing playoff performance that had his own teammates declaring war on him and his own team desperately trying to trade him, he now has a new controversy on his hands.
According to Michael Blackson, who claims to have been good friends with Simmons at one point, the young star slid into his girlfriend’s DMs with no remorse.

This isn’t the first time Simmons has gotten caught up in drama. He was previously entangled in a situation with transgender model Amani where some salacious text messages were leaked, and his ups and downs with Kendall Jenner are a thing of legend.
For whatever reason, Simmons has a tendency of rubbing people the wrong way. That’s probably why singer Chris Brown was so offended recently when he was compared to Simmons. What is it about him that evokes such strong emotions? It’s hard to say. But if he really is going around and sliding into the DMs of people’s girlfriends, it does lend a bit of context to why folks dislike him.
