Sean McVay’s wife Veronika Khomyn has been enjoying an NFL offseason that is the polar opposite of the one she experienced one year earlier.
The Los Angeles Rams’ Super Bowl win in 2022 led to McVay going on a whirlwind celebratory tour. Understandably, he brought Khomyn along for the ride.
In 2023, L.A. went from being the league’s best team to one of its worst. The Rams’ failure to even make the playoffs led to many wondering whether retirement was in the cards for McVay.
Ultimately, he decided not to go out in that fashion and pledged to return in 2023-24. That said, his offseason behavior with Khomyn has remained relatively tame to what they were doing the prior year.
This week, Khomyn shared a series of photos on social media that immediately set the internet ablaze.

Obviously this isn’t the first time Khomyn has gone viral. Between her unique method for relieving McVay’s stress, wild vacation pictures and memorable boat party photos, she is a fairly regular presence in the news cycle.
Does she make headlines as often as certain other prominent NFL spouses? Obviously not. Trevor Lawrence’s wife literally just blew up over her provocative photos. Ditto for Baker Mayfield’s wife and her wild boat party pictures.
But Khomyn doesn’t lag them by much. Her social media content also routinely does quite well.

Big picture, it will be interesting to see how McVay and the Rams respond next year.
Obviously Matthew Stafford’s injury put a damper on things last season, but given his history, it’s not exactly a foregone conclusion that he will be healthy for the 2023-24 campaign.

McVay has long been recognized as one of the NFL’s sharpest young minds.
But he definitely took some shine off his legacy last season.
Will McVay be able to get back on track next year? Time will tell, but either way, Khomyn will undoubtedly be there rooting him on every step of the way.
