Sam Ponder is one of the most highly respected NFL broadcasters in the sport.

Understandably, the 37-year-old was front and center this weekend for the biggest football game of the year: Super Bowl LVII between the Kansas City Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles.

In the past Ponder’s choice of attire has generated a lot of attention. One of her previous outfits had certain fans calling for ESPN to reprimand her. Others were more warmly received.

This weekend, history repeated itself. Ponder’s fashion choice generated a ton of buzz on social media.

Fans noticed the color choice immediately.

That said, some didn’t love her look.

Others, meanwhile, vehemently disagreed and whole-heartedly endorsed how good she looked.

Regardless of how anyone feels about Ponder’s look specifically, there is no denying that fashion was a big theme this weekend. Kay Adams’ provocative outfit choice nearly broke the internet.

Ditto for what ESPN NFL insider Dianna Russini opted to wear.

With football being so popular now, it’s unsurprising that fans weigh in on everything at this point – including what the broadcasters and reporters are wearing.

By any objective measure, Ponder had a very successful 2022-23 NFL season.

Will she be able to replicate that particular brand of triumph for 2023-24? Time will tell.
