Last weekend the Tennessee Titans secured the top overall seed in the NFL playoffs. It marked the first time in nearly 15 years that the franchise was able to achieve that feat.
The fact that the Titans have been so good this year is due in no small part to quarterback Ryan Tannehill. Although he isn’t the flashiest or most talented quarterback around, his stability and coolness under pressure aligns perfectly with the offensive roster that he has been surrounded with.
He is exactly what this Tennessee group needed.
One person who has been extremely proud of Tannehill’s success with the Titans is his wife, Lauren. In a recent Instagram story post, she couldn’t stop gushing about her ‘big daddy’ beau.
“[One[ seed (had to use the finger) I have been walking around the house telling him he’s #1 all week,” she wrote.
Lauren has been something of a mainstay in the general NFL zeitgeist ever since the Miami Dolphins drafted her husband. She has gone viral time after time.

In that spirit, the attention Lauren has been getting this week shouldn’t come as much of a shock. In fact, expect it to increase as the Titans advance further and further into the playoffs.
