Raiders Owner Reveals What He And Tom Brady Talked About
Raiders owner Mark Davis revealed what he and Tom Brady talked about at UFC 246 last weekend.
Both men were in Las Vegas on January 18 to watch Conor McGregor square off against Donald ‘Cowboy’ Cerrone.
Although the main story to come out of that night was McGregor’s return to form, an interesting side plot was people trying to decipher why Brady and Davis were speaking at the event.
This week, Davis was asked precisely what he and Brady spoke about that evening.
“Oh,” Davis replied, “that was about Tom was going to fight [Manny] Pacquiao here to open the stadium.”
Talked with #Raiders QB Derek Carr after the Las Vegas ceremony today: “I look forward to taking the first snap in that stadium, and I look forward to taking every snap from here on out. Until I’m done.” https://t.co/MdH8GxXyEj

Brady is an unrestricted free agent this year.
Up to this point, he has given no indication that he wishes to return to the New England Patriots in 2020.
Thus far, he has been linked to the Los Angeles Chargers, Tennessee Titans, Denver Broncos, Miami Dolphins and Raiders as possible destinations.
Brady is expected to make a final decision on where he will play next season at some point in the next month or so.
