Paul Finebaum Has Special Message For LSU Fans
Paul Finebaum has a special message for LSU following their impressive 2019 season.
LSU put the cherry atop their picture perfect year with a 42-25 victory over Clemson.
With the win, LSU finished the season at 15-0 and earned the program’s fourth ever national title.
It also marked the first time since 2007 that they won a championship.
“Congratulations to the LSU Tigers – National Championship. Perfect. And so happy for Ed Orgeron and the wonderful people of Louisiana,” Finebaum wrote.
LSU’s road to this point was not an easy one.
The Tigers had to beat Texas, Alabama, Auburn, Georgia, Oklahoma and Clemson on their path to a title.

Finebaum consistently maintained that LSU would beat Clemson when it was all said and done.
He also insisted that from a legacy standpoint, this meant much more for Orgeron’s group than Dabo Swinney’s, because the latter had won two championships already.
Burrow will now enter the 2020 NFL Draft and likely be taken with the top overall pick by the Cincinnati Bengals.
