Police Chase Breaks Out During Chiefs Super Bowl Parade
A police chase broke out during the Chiefs Super Bowl parade.
On Wednesday morning all of Kansas City came out to celebrate their team’s championship-winning victory over the San Francisco 49ers.
Unfortunately, things quickly took a scary turn.
As the parade was progressing, a vehicle smashed through the barriers and onto the route.
By a stroke of good luck the parade itself had not began yet, so the odds of injuries were drastically reduced.
After the fact, Kansas City police released a statement revealing that they used the PIT maneuver to stop the suspect in the vehicle, and that two total suspects were arrested.
