Notre Dame Loses Another Big Star
Notre Dame lost another big star this past week.
On Friday afternoon, four-star wide receiver Deion Colzie revealed he has is no longer committed to the school.
The former Fighting Irish prospect was the No. 46 overall recruit in the nation and the fifth ranked wide receiver in the country.
Standing at six feet and four inches tall, he possesses all of the physical traits necessary for success at the next level.
“This was not an easy decision, and there were lots of thoughts and prayers that went into this decision,” Colzie wrote on Twitter.
“With that being said, I will be de-committing from the University of Notre Dame and re-opening my recruitment. No interviews please!”

Colzie currently has offers from 11 Power Five programs. Duke, Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Ole Miss, Georgia Tech, Mississippi State, Tennessee, Virginia and West Virginia are all in the running.
That being said, seeing as Colzie is from Athens, Georgia, the Bulldogs are likely a favorite to land him.
