LeBron James’ Reaction To Bill Belichick, Patriots Goes Viral
LeBron James’ reaction something Bill Belichick did during Sunday’s New England Patriots game went viral this weekend.
With the NBA offseason in full swing, many of the league’s biggest stars are currently focused on football. That dynamic was fully on display Saturday, when Kawhi Leonard made a major stir at Colorado’s latest game.
It also proved to be the case on Sunday, when James felt compelled to go on social media and post regarding the Patriots’ match-up against the Miami Dolphins.
With less than a minute remaining in the third quarter, Belichick took umbrage with a referee’s spot of the football. So much so, in fact, that he threw a red challenge flag at him.
Bill was disgusted 😭😂

James understandably found the whole sequence of events to be really, really funny.
The Los Angeles Lakers star took to social media to react.
“Bill is hilarious on the low, man,” James wrote.
Belichick certainly has some funny tendencies sometimes, which in the past has led to other coaches and team execs mocking him, but Sunday’s showing was more sad than funny.

Yes, New England kind of had a chance to tie things up late – but really the Patriots have been outclassed by the majority of their opponents over the past two years in pretty blatant fashion.
Belichick is a Hall of Famer, for sure, but much like Gregg Popovich with the San Antonio Spurs, it is hard to ignore how bad he is when he doesn’t have a GOAT carrying him on his back.
Will Belichick give James and other football fans something notable to cheer for beyond comedic relief as the 2023-24 NFL season progresses? Time will tell.
