Danica Patrick’s Cryptic Reaction To Aaron Rodgers, Shailene Woodley
As the world continues to be captivated by the ongoing relationship drama between Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers and his one-time fiancée Shailene Woodley, an interesting new wrinkle has emerged.
Over the past few months Rodgers and Woodley have been in the news for a variety of reasons. Most recently, however, it was for their assumed break-up and what led up to it. On Tuesday, Rodgers did a radio interview where many thought they heard Woodley laughing in the background – seemingly suggesting the pair hadn’t split as assumed.
This led to a lot of back and forth regarding the status of the pair’s relationship.
Shortly thereafter, Rodgers’ former girlfriend Danica Patrick found herself involved in the story when she posted something of a cryptic message online.
For obvious reasons, many interpreted it as a reaction to the ongoing drama surrounding Rodgers and Woodley.
“Life is trying to shift us into coherence,” Patrick wrote on Instagram. “If you’re not a match for your current life expect challenges. Try and move like the ocean, without resistance. The funny thing is … we know.
“We always know deep down what’s good for us and what’s bad. If you wonder, just ask. The answers are usually short and sweet. They may not always be what you want, but they’re what you need.”
Take from that what you will.
This isn’t the first time Patrick has offered something of a mysterious message in regards to Rodgers and his various proclivities. She also did so when news of his engagement to Woodley first came out.
Patrick has been a prominent player in the Rodgers-Woodley relationship from the jump. A lot of fans couldn’t help but notice the timing of their get-together coincided quite a bit with Rodgers’ initial romance with Patrick. Whether there was any overlap there has been the subject of much scrutiny.
In any case, because Patrick was linked to Rodgers before he got engaged to Woodley, she continues to be connected to him afterward as well. It’s a very Jennifer Aniston-Brad Pitt-Angelina Jolie-type deal in that way.

Heading into the offseason, the presumption was that Rodgers would be in the news nonstop over his contract status and where he’d play next year. That has sort of been true. But hilariously enough, he has also been in the news quite a bit for his romantic status as well.
Will a resolution ultimately come on either front any time soon for the Packers star? Time will tell.
