Ciara and Russell Wilson embarked on a memorable date night this week.
Despite an uptick in his stats and quality of play throughout the 2023-24 NFL season, Wilson’s most recent campaign didn’t end quite in the way he hoped it would.
Because of his massive contract and the way he has objectively underperformed relative to expectations with the Denver Broncos, Wilson was benched at season’s end and informed he would be traded or waived.
At the moment there are two teams that look like the frontrunners for his services.
In the meantime, while his NFL future sorts itself out, Wilson decided to enjoy a night on the town with his wife – Ciara.

Wilson is a future Hall of Famer. Not even his most ardent detractors can deny that.
The only question at this point is how much he has left in the tank at the age of 35.

One way or another, an answer to that question will reveal itself in the coming months.
Where will Wilson be playing football next year? Time will tell, but no matter what, Ciara will have his back and support him either way.
