Aaron Rodgers Happy After Danica Patrick Breakup
Aaron Rodgers Happy After Danica Patrick Breakup
Aaron Rodgers is living his best life. Fresh on the heels of a breakup with former race car driver Danica Patrick, the Green Packers quarterback is playing stellar football and loving every moment of it.
This week, Rodgers appeared on the Pac McAfee Show to talk about just how good he is feeling.
“I have just a new and increased love of life,” he said.
“And I’ve made decisions and changes and habits that put me in a lot better head space and there’s just a lot of things that have come together in my life over the last few months that have really been enjoyable and reminded me, given me perspective, on life and in football to view things through the most positive lens I possibly can.”
Obviously Rodgers didn’t actually name Patrick as the reason for his newfound appreciation of life, but it is hard not to read between the lines.
“That’s why I’m having so much fun and it starts with love,” he continued. “And then surrounding yourself with people that you really enjoy.”
Why is @AaronRodgers12 having so much fun?

Rodgers and Patrick were first linked in early 2018 and spent roughly two years together. At the time of their split, there was some chatter about Shailene Woodley’s involvement, but nothing was ever actually substantiated on that front.
Before dating Patrick, Rodgers went out with actress Olivia Munn for three years.
After their breakup, Munn would take little digs at an ex-boyfriend in various interviews, which many interpreted as shots at Rodgers, but never actually named him.

It appears Rodgers is now taking a page out of her book.
On the field, Rodgers and the Packers are off to a great start. They are 2-0 following victories over the Detroit Lions and Minnesota Vikings, and have a pretty easy schedule over the next few weeks.
This Sunday they are taking on a New Orleans Saints team that is fresh off a disappointing Monday Night Football defeat at the hands of the Las Vegas Raiders.
Once they’re done with that outing Green Bay will take on an Atlanta Falcons squad that may never win another football game again, a questionable Tampa Bay Buccaneers group, a similarly iffy Houston Texans team, and then not a single championship-level unit – the San Francisco 49ers have been ravaged by injuries – until the end of the year.

In addition to being happier than ever, Rodgers is probably going to have his best shot in a long time at capturing another championship ring.
Mind you, this is a group that came within a game of the Super Bowl last year when the NFC was far more competitive.
If Rodgers and Co. walk away with a victory this weekend, they will likely not lose more than three games all season.
