Brittany Mahomes’ foot tattoo sparked a bit of controversy this week amid the beginning of Kansas City Chiefs training camp.
A few weeks ago photos emerged of Brittany out and about on a boat. One of the pictures that went viral from that escapade prominently featured her feet.
Eagle-eyed fans at home couldn’t help but notice her tattoo.
The meaning behind Brittany’s tattoo has led to a bit of back-and-forth among NFL fans.

Reactions to this assessment of Brittany’s foot tattoo have been very, very mixed.
Some have one take on the matter, whereas others feel the complete opposite way.
There’s a plethora of different meanings for this tattoo. The colors are what signify polyamorous and hers is all black. The symbol itself, without the red heart or blue infinity sign color, simply means eternal love or lasting loyalty. Irresponsible post.

Big picture, given Patrick’s role in the larger cultural zeitgeist and importance to the NFL, Brittany has become football’s First Wife by association.
This isn’t the first time she has gone viral as of late, and it won’t be the last.
Will Brittany opt to address her controversial tattoo at some point in the foreseeable future? Time will tell.
