Andrew Luck Returning To NFL?
Is Andrew Luck returning to the NFL? That is the question his father was presented with this past week.
Oliver Luck, the new commissioner of the XFL, did a session with on the Dan Le Batard Show recently where the subject of his son’s status came up.
Luck famously retired a few weeks before his 30th birthday last year, despite inarguably still being one of the league’s best quarterbacks.
A lot of people speculated that Luck simply needed a break, and that his return was inevitable.
According to Oliver Luck, though, that is not the case.
XFL Commissioner Oliver Luck, to the @LeBatardShow, on whether he thinks his son Andrew will play again in the NFL: “I didn’t notice any hankering from him to get back on the field.”

“I didn’t notice any hankering from him to get back on the field,” he replied.
Shortly after the 2019-20 regular season concluded Indianapolis Colts management made it clear that they were still in the market for a permanent quarterback solution.
If Luck ever did come back, it is hard to see him going anywhere other than the team that drafted him.
