WNBA Fines Chicago Sky’s Angel Reese $1000 For Being A Coward

The WNBA announced that it was fining Chicago Sky star Angel Reese $1,000 this week.

It wasn’t lost on fans at home that this occurred shortly after her latest embarrassing attempt to bully Indiana Fever star, Caitlin Clark.

On Saturday, the Sky and Fever faced off. As usual, Clark dominated Reese. In a moment of frustration, one of Reese’s teammates brutally attacked her because they couldn’t stop her from going off:

Reese could be seen in the background celebrating the cheap shot from the bench.

Following the game, many wanted to ask Reese why she celebrated the way she did. But rather than face the music, she opted to be a coward and no-show to her session with the media.

Hence the WNBA’s decision to fine her. The Sky also got fined $5,000 for assisting Reese in her cowardness.

“The league fined Sky forward Angel Reese $1,000 for failing to make herself available to media after Saturday’s game,” an official statement read.

“The WNBA also fined Chicago $5,000 for failing to ensure that all players comply with league media policies.”

At some point Reese will be unable to outrun the media and will need to account for her bullying behavior towards Clark. How will she handle it when she is forced to answer for her behavior? Time will tell.
