New Video Confirms Caitlin Clark Faked Being Hit By Ohio State Fan

The college basketball world found itself up in arms this week following a game between Iowa and Ohio State.

Following the Buckeyes’ upset win, fans rushed the court.

During one particular sequence, a fan could be seen accidentally running into Iowa star Caitlin Clark. Because of the way that the second-best college basketball player in the nation collapsed, everyone thought she was hit really hard.

Late Sunday, however, video emerged disproving that:

Understandably, fans had some strong reactions to Clark flopping in order to generate sympathy:

Clark tends to be a pretty decent person. Her classy response to LSU coach Kim Mulkey’s blatant insult towards her was an example of that.

But flopping the way she did with that Ohio State fan is not a good look.

And video evidence of what really transpired doesn’t leave much to the imagination.

Will Clark come out and apologize for trying to garner sympathy the way she has over the past 24 hours? Time will tell.
