Patrick Beverley stole the show this week with his passionate reaction to the Minnesota Timberwolves defeating the Los Angeles Clippers to earn the No. 7 seed in the Western Conference playoffs.
Beverley’s response to the big win was a mixture of anger at the Clippers for letting him go and jubilation over the Wolves’ accomplishment. He vacillated from boastful shots at his former team in the locker room to tears of presumable joy.
One other person who appreciated what Beverley and his squad accomplished this week? His girlfriend, Mandana Bolourchi.
After the game, Bolourchi took to social media to congratulate her beau.

Beverley is unquestionably one of the league’s more provocative players. Whether he is taking savage shots at Russell Westbrook of the Los Angeles Lakers or going off on the Clippers – he is never one to bite his tongue.
That attitude endears Beverley to teammates, but makes him something of an antagonist in the eyes of rival players.

For example, a couple of weeks back, Philadelphia 76ers star Joel Embiid absolutely destroyed Beverley during an interview. His words ultimately provided a lot of clarity regarding how some in the NBA view Beverley and his antics.
Big picture, though – Beverley doesn’t care about all that. He’s in this game to win meaningful outings and make a name for himself. And whether you love him or hate him, there’s no denying that he’s very good at both of those things.
