Malika Andrews’ reaction to the growing scandal surrounding Oklahoma City Thunder star Josh Giddey was criticized this week.
Over the past 48 hours Giddey has become linked to a deeply troubling situation. He currently stands accused of dating a girl who is still in high school. Multiple eyebrow-raising videos and photos of him and the young woman in question have emerged. Repeatedly.
It has gotten so bad, in fact, that Giddey’s Thunder teammate, Chet Holmgren, has had to go back and scrub certain problematic tweets.
On Friday, Andrews found herself in the line of fire over Giddey’s scandal.
Why? Because fans feel like she is quick to be critical when certain players get in trouble, but not others.
