Al Horford’s Sister Anna Calls Out Draymond Green’s ‘Dirty’ Play

The Golden State Warriors easily defeated the Boston Celtics 107-88 in Game 2 of the NBA Finals.
Their best-of-seven series now sits tied 1-1.
A big reason why Golden State was dominant on Sunday evening was the play of Draymond Green. Although one particular sequence between him and Jaylen Brown got the most play, that incident really just encapsulated his effort over the course of the entire night.

One person who wasn’t happy with Green’s rough-and-tumble behavior in Game 2? Al Horford’s sister, Anna.
She wasn’t shy about calling him out over his so-called ‘dirty’ play.
If Draymond can’t outplay an opponent, he simply resorts to playing dirty

How many times can Draymond hack Al & not get called for it?

Fan reaction to her Anna’s gripes was overwhelmingly supportive:
Which is a lot since his skill set is very limited

Why does the league let draymond get away with so much

All in all, be it because of Green or for some other reason, Al Horford struggled mightily in Game 2. After being a standout star and catalyst for his squad’s shocking victory in Game 1, he mustered a mere two points on 1-for-4 shooting from the field on Sunday.
As for Anna, her openly calling Green out like this is unsurprising.
Be it by naming and shaming salty Philadelphia 76ers fans or taking shots at whole NBA teams – she has stayed in the headlines throughout the entirety of Boston’s march through the playoffs.

This is just par for the course.
Will the Celtics be able to get back on track in Game 3 and figure out a way to neutralize Green?
Time will tell.
