Lakers Immediate Plan For Bronny James Revealed

The Los Angeles Lakers plan to thrust Bronny James into the spotlight early.

With L.A.’s regular season opener against the Minnesota Timberwolves on Oct. 22 rapidly approaching, the plans have already started for what to do with the team’s second-round draft pick.

According to Zach Lowe of ESPN, currently, all parties involved are preparing for Bronny to play in the team’s first game of the year.

The hope is that he will share the floor with his dad in what will be a historic moment.

“He is 100 percent playing in the opening game so they can have a moment together,” said Lowe, per ClutchPoints. “That’s going to happen, so they [can] pass to each other or whatever it ends up being.”

“It’s one of the coolest NBA situations we’ve ever had, but it’s also going to be one of the weirdest because imagine being on the team,” Bill Simmons said. “

We saw a glimpse of there was already grumblings about the Summer League team about how everything was built around trying to get Bronny to succeed and the other guys were like ‘What the f**k.’”

The Lakers have some drama surrounding who will be in the starting lineup right now, but that will resolve itself soon enough.

When that happens, all attention will focus to what is in stone for LeBron and Bronny when the regular season tips off.
