The Los Angeles Lakers defeated the Phoenix Suns on Thursday night thanks to some impressive heroics from rookie Dalton Knecht.
Unfortunately the squad’s other rookie, Bronny James, had a less-than-stellar showing.
Again.
Bronny finished the day with 4 points in 17 minutes and missed both of his free throws. Additionally, he found himself at the center of this dirty play:

Bronny hasn’t had a good preseason so far. Regardless of how one feels about that flagrant foul call, it is undeniable that he has been really disappointing so far.
After averaging less than 5 points per game in college, the onus was on Bronny to step up ands how that he could compete at the pro level.
So far, he hasn’t. Which he seems to admit.
What awaits Bronny as the 2024-25 NBA season chugs along? Time will tell.
