Preacher Invades WWE Raw Ring, Security Steps In
A preacher invaded the WWE Raw ring, so security stepped in.
That was the chaotic scene that unfolded on Monday night in a particularly odd sequence of events.
During an episode of Monday Night Raw from Chesapeake Energy Arena in Oklahoma City, AJ Styles was seen walking out of the after his match. At first, everything seemed fine.
Suddenly, cameras zoomed to security bringing down a man in a suit who had charged into the ring. The announcers observing the scene from the side were befuddled.
Wait … why did the preacher guy roll into the ring after AJ Styles’ match, before the Lana/Lashley segment was starting on #RAW?!?
Dude totally got chased by security, who seemingly thought he was an overzealous fan.

As was eventually pointed out, the man in the suit who rushed the ring was actually the preacher who married Bobby Lashley and Lana last week.
With Lana set to be in the ring next, presumably the preacher was supposed to join her.
It appears signals got crossed somewhere along the way, and security stepped in because they assumed it was legitimately a random stranger rushing the ring.
Following a commercial break, the announcers did not even acknowledge the incident.
