Madison Bumgarner Will Sign With White Sox Or Braves
Madison Bumgarner will sign with the White Sox or Braves, it would appear.
Following Zack Wheeler’s decision to join the Philadelphia Phillies on a five-year, $118 million deal, all eyes are now on Bumgarner.
In the wake of Wheeler signing with Phillies and Hamels signing with Braves, Bumgarner market is clarifying. Per sources, White Sox and Twins among heaviest suitors there. Yankees involved to some degree.

The free agent left hander is reportedly having his services sought by both the White Sox and Twins.
Chicago and Minnesota both badly need to upgrade their rotations, thus increasing Bumgarner’s value to both even higher.
Bumgarner, 30, is currently coming off a career worse ERA of 3.90 with the San Francisco Giants in 2019.
Based on everything we have seen thus far, that should not impact him all that much in the wallet when it’s all said and done.
