Luka Doncic Looking Very Skinny In New Vacation Photos

Luka Doncic is fresh off leading the Dallas Mavericks to the NBA Western Conference Finals this past season.

Although they came up short against the eventual champions, the Mavs’ easy dispatching of the Phoenix Suns in the second round left quite the impression.

At just 23 years old, Doncic has an extremely bright future. From a basketball standpoint he has very few weaknesses. The only thing that has really consistently dogged him throughout his young career up to this point is his weight.

In 2021-22, Doncic came into the year looking very fat. Like, shockingly so. It was so brutal that even Mavericks owner Mark Cuban, who generally steers clear of criticizing his young star, addressed the situation publicly.

It would appear Doncic heard the critiques, because recently released vacation photos of the All-Star show him looking about as skinny as he has ever looked.

And this isn’t an isolated incident. Photos of Doncic from a few weeks ago show him looking similarly fit.

Understandably, Mavs fans are giddy:

Doncic is clearly maturing as a person and player. Some things are outside of your control, but staying in shape in the offseason is not. He recognizes that.

Currently, Doncic is enjoying some much deserved rest and relaxation. He’s chilling with his girlfriend. Getting his mind right. Preparing for what’s to come.

Next season promises to be fascinating. Clearly Doncic has his sights set on an NBA title. He is in great shape. He developed an unguardable new shot in the offseason.

Everything is going his way.

Will 2022-23 be the year he finally takes home an NBA championship?

Time will tell.
