LSU vs Georgia Final Prediction According To ESPN

An LSU vs Georgia final prediction according to ESPN reiterates what most people already believed heading into the big game.

Saturday’s SEC Championship Game showdown between the Tigers and Bulldogs will determine the College Football Playoff lineup once and for all.

If LSU wins, then the winner of Oklahoma vs Baylor likely takes their No. 4 slot.

Should Georgia win, then the College Football Playoff will consist of Ohio State, Clemson, LSU and Georgia.

In the lead-up to the big game, ESPN’s Kirk Herbstreit offered his take on how he sees Georgia stealing this win from LSU.

“They’re being told, ‘How do you stop Joe Burrow.’ They’re going to show up in a bad mood and with a chip on their shoulder,” he said.

“So, that’s at least a starting point to kind of come out and prove everybody wrong that Georgia can in fact beat LSU. That’s the mindset of the Georgia team.

“Now, you got to go out and do it for 60 minutes and this is their biggest challenge … they’re going to have to affect the quarterback and the rhythm of Joe Burrow.

“Joe Burrow is playing in an offense that he’s in command of. He finds open receivers. He’s got a great back. He just has a balanced attack and nobody’s been able to slow them down.”

Will Georgia ultimately be able to pull off the upset and earn a postseason berth? We’re hours away from finding out.
