LeBron James Reveals Most Satisfying Achievement Besides Title (Video)

Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James is obviously extremely accomplished.

As a four-time NBA champion, four-time NBA Finals MVP, four-time league MVP and 17-time All-Star – his record speaks for itself.

This week, James addressed a relatively simple question: aside from his titles, what is his most satisfying achievement?

James’ answer was unsurprising.

“To see my kids continue to grow into their own every single day,” he said. “Ever since I was a kid, I can’t wait to be a dad someday and be able to lead and guide. With what I do, it keeps me on the road a lot, it keeps me away from home. That’s one of the biggest challenges for me, to be present in any way, shape, or form. There’s nothing that I’ve done in my life that will ever be able to top what being a dad is.”

James’ tight-knit relationship with his children is something he is very well known for. Mind you, this is a guy who publicly got into a fight with someone for disrespecting one of his kids. He is also the same man who isn’t afraid to discipline Bronny to keep him on the straight path. And his rationale for why he didn’t want his kids in the bubble continues to serve as a shining example of the big picture perspective he takes when it comes to parenting.

James is a great basketball player, that much is clear. But somehow, he’s an even better father.
