Larsa Pippen Taking Marcus Jordan’s Last Name After Marriage

Larsa Pippen and Marcus Jordan are one of sports and entertainment’s more intriguing couples.

She is the ex-wife of Scottie Pippen, one of the greatest NBA stars of all time. He is the son of Michael Jordan, the consensus best to ever play the game.

Their 16-year age gap is even bigger than the one that exists between Aaron Rodgers and his young girlfriend.

And yet despite all that, Larsa and Marcus’ bond only appears to be strengthening.

This past week Larsa dropped an interesting tidbit regarding her future. When she gets married next, including if it happens to be to Marcus, she will take his last name.

“I would definitely change my last name for whomever I married, that’s for sure,” Larsa said during The Real Housewives of Miami reunion.

That’s big.

Between that and the fact that Michael Jordan has apparently endorsed his son’s new relationship, it seems like everything is trending towards wedding bells at the moment.

“Yeah, I feel like we’re great, yeah,” Larsa said recently. “I feel like — we’ve spent holidays together and it’s good. We’re in a great place.”

Between their wild celebration for New Year’s and nonstop PDA together, it genuinely feels like Larsa and Marcus have a very legitimate thing going. Plus, with Scottie now dating a much younger woman, it feels like everyone is moving on.

Marcus’ dad is set to make more than a billion dollars soon, and as his heir apparent, he is in line to eventually see some of that cash.

If he does, and should he and Larsa get hitched, she will see some of that money as well.

Will Larsa and Marcus ultimately get married at some point in 2023? Time will tell.
