The Los Angeles Lakers defeated the Brooklyn Nets 126-101 on Saturday night.
Given that LA was without LeBron James, Anthony Davis and Kyle Kuzma, the victory was something of a big deal.
The Nets are widely regarded as the most stacked team in the entire league, for obvious reasons.
Following his team’s big win, Kuzma decided to take to social media and poke a little at the losing side.
The 25-year-old’s message speaks for itself:

The Nets beat down a Davis-less Lakers group earlier this year, so fans have yet to see these two squads face off at full strength.
There is a very good chance it will end up happening in the NBA Finals.

Talent aside, the other thing that makes a Lakers-Nets Finals match-up so mouth-watering is the fact that there is already some bad blood there.
James’ issues with Kyrie Irving are a matter of public record. Beyond that, Irving just got into a bit of a scuffle with Dennis Schroder on Saturday night over the latter opting to use a slur that he wasn’t particularly fond of.
When and if these two squads ultimately meet for a championship, it should be an explosive showdown.
