Kawhi Leonard’s Muscular Legs Go Viral Amid Clippers Return (Photos)

Kawhi Leonard’s Muscular Legs Go Viral Amid Clippers Return (Photos)

Kawhi Leonard is returning to the Los Angeles Clippers this season after a torn ACL in his right knee kept him out for the entirety of last year.

Expectations for the 31-year-old are sky high.

While Leonard is obviously coming off a serious injury, he has shown in the past that he can recover in fairly epic fashion. During his final days with the San Antonio Spurs it felt like that right quadriceps issue would be an ongoing problem.

Then he went to the Toronto Raptors and won another championship.

Clippers fans are hoping history will repeat itself in 2022-23. And Leonard is definitely doing his part to put himself and his team in a position to succeed.

This week, photos emerged of Leonard working out. The man is in absolutely incredible shape. His legs, in particular, really inspired awe from fans.

“Kawhi hasn’t been skipping leg day,” one fan remarked.

“Kawhi Legsonard jeez,” another wrote.

“Quad Leonard,” a third fan joked.

“He ain’t miss leg day since Toronto,” another person agreed.

This isn’t the first time Leonard has blown up online in this fashion. His extremely jacked photos from a while back also caused quite a stir. Ditto with just his overall body transformation.

And it’s not just physique-related stuff. Leonard also set the internet ablaze just last week with his curious choice of t-shirt at a public event. The man truly marches to the beat of his own drum.

Big picture, if Leonard can stay healthy, the Clippers have to be regarded as the frontrunners to emerge out of the Western Conference in 2022-23.

Yes, the team was mired in some drama recently when one of its stars got exposed for seemingly cheating on his girl – but that is standard fare in the NBA. It likely won’t even be an issue come the beginning of the regular season.

This is going to be a big year for the Clippers. If they win a championship or come close to it, all past disappointments will be forgotten.

Should they fail once again, though – then it will be just the latest in a long line of humiliations for a franchise whose history is chock-full of them.
