The Denver Nuggets defeated the Miami Heat 120-111 on Monday night.
Nikola Jokic finished with 24 points, 15 rebounds and 7 assists in the winning effort.
Leading up to this showdown, much was made about the presence of the Jokic Brothers at the game. The reigning league MVP has two massive siblings who serve as his unofficial enforcers, and given the history between him and Heat players, they felt it was necessary that they attend.
The presence of the Jokic brothers received a serious threat from Heat veteran Udonis Haslem, but when the time came nothing popped off.
In the aftermath of the win, the Jokic Brothers were feeling on top of the world:

Shortly thereafter, they decided to prove once and for all that they own Miami by partying it up – South Beach style.

Heat players may not like it, but they’re going to need to accept it – the Jokic Brothers run their city. It is what it is.
For all the big talk about how they weren’t going to let the Jokic Brothers intimidate them, the Heat did a whole lot of nothing. They just rolled over and let them scratch their bellies. And understandably so. Who would want to mess with guys capable of this:
The Jokic Brothers are a different breed — there’s no two ways about it.
