Dillon Brooks was instrumental to the Memphis Grizzlies’ impressive run in 2022-23.
Although Ja Morant is obviously the star of the team, Brooks’ consistent play and reliable contributions played a key part in the squad’s overall success.
Plus, being the one defender that gives Stephen Curry the most trouble is definitely something to hang your hat on.
Brooks isn’t just thriving on the court, though.
This week, SideAction broke the news that Brooks was out and about in Summer League with his rumored new girl.
“Dillon Brooks at summer league with his new girlfriend,” the report noted. “She was out with him and Chris Boucher every night. She’s behind him in the fan photo too.”

The young lady in question currently boasts only 2,500 followers. When you compare that Jordan Poole’s girlfriend or Juan Toscano-Anderson’s lady’s totals, you see that her numbers are actually pretty small all things considered.
Still, based on the content she puts out, the room for growth is definitely there:
It will be interesting to see what happens between her and Brooks going forward. Similarly interesting to see will be how he and the Grizzlies fare in 2022-23.
Memphis shocked a lot of people last year. The team took a step forward a lot quicker than folks anticipated they’d be able to.
That said, the Grizzlies are comprised of a lot of young guys. And those young guys have had quite the offseason. Ja Morant is out there running wild with random models and partying with Taylor Rooks. Brooks is out here doing his thing. The NBA life comes with a lot of trappings and distractions, particularly when you are coming off a successful campaign.
