The Grand Floridian will be hosting the Thunder, 76ers, Rockets, Pacers, Mavericks, Nets, Grizzlies and Magic when the NBA season resumes in July.

Although all the fine points of a potential return to play by the NBA have yet to be worked out, things appear to be moving in that general direction.

It was reported on Tuesday that the 22 organizations that will be in Orlando, Florida, when the NBA season re-commences will be broken up into three different groups.

Each of those different groups will then stay at three different hotels – based on records.

In the Yacht Club, the resort reserved for the worst teams, the organizations who will be staying there are the Portland Trail Blazers, Sacramento Kings, New Orleans Pelicans, San Santonio Spurs, Phoenix Suns and Washington Wizards.

Conversely, the Grand Destino will be hosting the best teams of the 22-group batch. Those teams include the Milwaukee Bucks, Los Angeles Lakers, Toronto Raptors, Los Angeles Clippers, Boston Celtics, Denver Nuggets, Utah Jazz and Miami Heat.

It will be interesting to see what group the eventual NBA championship ultimately emerges from when it is all said and done.
