Emmanuel Sanders Signing With Dallas Cowboys?
Emmanuel Sanders may or may not be signing with the Dallas Cowboys at some point in the foreseeable future.
After the Cowboys lost wide receiver Randall Cobb to the Houston Texans, many wondered how the organization was planning on filling that void.
One popular option that emerged in the aftermath was Sanders.
Based on multiple conversations I’ve had with Cowboys folks, I’d be stunned if Emmanuel Sanders ends up here, unless he would take substantially less than what we all think he will get paid. Substantially less. Don’t get hopes up.

Last season, Sanders finished the year with 66 catches for 869 yards and five scores. Without him, the San Francisco 49ers likely would not have been able to make the run they ultimately did.
At 33 years old, Sanders still has some good stuff left in him. As such, many wondered if he was a viable option for the Cowboys.
According to ESPN NFL insider Todd Archer, the answer to that question appears to be no.
Archer said he would be very surprised if Sanders ends up in Dallas, as both sides are very far apart when it comes to negotiations. Barring the talented veteran lowering his demands, it seems as though there is no deal in the cards.
