Doris Burke’s Racy Commentary Goes Viral During Bucks-Clippers

ESPN broadcaster Doris Burke is one of the most beloved NBA analysts around. As such, it shouldn’t come as a surprise that her commentary attracts a ton of attention.

This past Sunday, Burke took things to a whole new level.

During a showdown between the Milwaukee Bucks and Los Angeles Clippers, Burke described the sequence of events occurring in a really special way.

The sequence in question involved Giannis Antetokuonmpo providing help-side defense to Khris Middleton against Kawhi Leonard.

How did Burke describe it?

The video speaks for itself:

“You have to know when to come,” she said.

“So Khris does a great job. Giannis comes from behind and gets a piece of it. Like, it’s not just when you come; it’s how hard you come. Are you coming when the dribble is dead? Are you coming when he gets into his shooting motion?”

Reactions poured in immediately.

Burke is something of a huge favorite on Twitter, so again, it’s no surprise that her most recent analysis led to her trending on the platform. You will recall, social media went nuts when NBA 2K21 opted to make her ‘too sexy’ in their video game, so it stands to reason that everyone would lose their mind after what she said on Sunday too.
