The Tennessee Titans defeated the Indianapolis Colts in overtime on Sunday 34-31.
Unfortunately, the win was marred by two separate things.
The first was an unfortunate-looking injury to star running back Derrick Henry. He may end up missing the rest of the year as a result.
The second was eagle-eyed viewers noticing something odd occurring on the sidelines.

Given the lack of context provided, it is impossible to draw any definitive conclusions.
That said, it is worth remembering that the NFL typically does not permit either the players or coaches to use smartphones on the sidelines.

This has been a bit of a kooky year for the NFL. Between players being called out over their foursomes and folks getting exposed for their misbehavior, it has been one weird story hitting the headlines after another. What Tennessee may or may not have done is just par for the course.
Will the NFL ultimately intervene and do something here? Time will tell.
