Dallas Cowboys Star Gets Arrested
A Dallas Cowboys star got arrested this week.
The team’s defensive lineman, Antwaun Woods, was reportedly apprehended during a traffic stop on Tuesday.
“Antwaun Woods was arrested on Tuesday at a traffic stop and charged with possession of marijuana over 2 ounces but less than 4 ounces, tampering with evidence, and he was cited for possession of paraphernalia, Frisco PD tells me,” NFL Network insider Ian Rapoport tweeted out.
Jeff Heath, Leighton Vander Esch and Antwaun Woods have been ruled out for Thursday night’s game in Chicago.
Tony Pollard (ankle) is questionable.
Tyron Smith and Michael Bennett were limited today, but both are expected to play against the Bears.

The Cowboys and Chicago Bears are set to battle it out this week in an important NFC clash. Woods was already ruled out for the big game due to a knee injury, so the problem with this incident is moreso in terms of it being a distraction than his impact on the field.
Woods is currently in his second year at Dallas.
Prior to being picked up by the Cowboys he played for Tennessee from 2016-17.
