D. Wade’s 1-Word Response To Lakers Trading For Bradley Beal

D. Wade’s 1-Word Response To Lakers Trading For Bradley Beal

A separation between Bradley Beal and the Washington Wizards feels inevitable at this point.

Heading into the year, the Wizards’ front office made one last-ditch attempt at shaking things up by trading away John Wall for Russell Westbrook. The move failed. Washington is 3-10 on the season and fresh off a 107-88 blowout defeat to Wall’s new team, the Houston Rockets.

Because Beal’s situation with the Wizards is growing increasingly untenable, people have started to suggest possible trade options.

One such trade option? Dealing Beal to the Los Angeles Lakers.

This isn’t the first time a swap like this has been proposed. Beal’s own wife has weighed in on the matter, as has he.

That said, one person seemed very surprised by the Beal-to-Lakers talk on Tuesday. That person? Miami Heat legend Dwyane Wade, who apparent has fully recovered from special naked time with his wife.

While Wade’s apprehension is understandable, the root of this situation cannot be denied. Beal cannot continue to wither away in Washington waiting for his horrible front office to get it together.

The 27-year-old is currently being robbed of All-NBA team nods on an annual basis, despite being one of the league’s best players, because his franchise cannot perform to even moderate expectations. He needs help – and clearly the Wizards will not provide him with it.

One way or another, Beal will be moved sooner rather than later. Whether that will be to the Lakers or not remains to be seen, though.
