Colorado faced off against Kansas State this weekend and gave the Wildcats a very competitive game.
Coming into this outing, Kansas State was 4-1. The Buffaloes, similarly, were 4-1.
Many wondered whether Deion Sanders, Travis Hunter and the rest of the squad would be able to match the level of competition that Kansas State would bring to the table.
In the end – they definitely did. While the Wildcats won the game 31-28, Colorado looked solid throughout.

Unfortunately, it came at a price. Hunter hurt his shoulder during the outing and was forced to exit the proceedings. Now the jury is out on how long the injury will impact him.
