Joe Brady Makes Final Decision Regarding LSU
Joe Brady made a final decision regarding LSU this week.
Brady, the man behind Joe Burrow’s ascension to Heisman-level quarterback, has indicated that he plans to stay at the school.
LSU has also gone on record saying that the program will do whatever it takes to retain Brady, be it financial or otherwise.
A number of NFL teams have expressed interest in luring Brady away from the Tigers, namely Matt Rhule and the Carolina Panthers.
The Panthers are less than a week removed from signing Rhule to a $60 million dollar deal, and he reportedly has a big budget to play with when it comes to poaching coordinators.
Rhule is said to be enamored with Brady and the success he has had, but it sounds like the interest is very one-sided at this stage.
This week, Brady was asked where he saw himself next year.
Joe Brady has been pressed here at media day about NFL jobs, college jobs or staying at LSU. He says: “I hope I’m a Tiger.”

“I hope I’m a Tiger,” he replied.
That means if LSU does what it has pledged to do and pays Brady what the market says he is worth, he will likely be back on the Tigers’ sidelines come next season.
All eyes will be on Brady this Monday when LSU takes part in the National Championship game. If his offense can do to Clemson what it did to Oklahoma, Brady’s next contract is going to get a whole lot bigger.
