FSU Fan Seems To Call Kirk Herbstreit Out For Cheating On Wife
Kirk Herbstreit become persona non grata to FSU football fans last year when he refused to endorse the Seminoles for the College Football Playoff.
Although the ESPN personality wasn’t the only person to take that stance, for whatever reason, he is the one receiving the brunt of the vitriol from the fan base on Saturday.
Ahead of FSU’s disastrous game against Georgia Tech, fans turned out to go off on Herbstreit. Unlike last season when the focus was moreso on the FSU cheerleader whose wild photos leaked out before gameday, this weekend seemed to be all about how aggrieved fans were.
One went so far as to accuse him of cheating on his wife:

In the end, karma seemed to catch up with FSU and the fans. They got straight up embarrassed by Georgia Tech and now start the 2024 season off on their back foot.
Just a disastrous day all around.
