An Ole Miss kicker’s reaction to a missed kick goes viral.
On Thursday, Mississippi State and Ole Miss battled it out for bragging rights in the Egg Bowl.
Down 21-14 with two minutes left, Ole Miss put together their best drive of the game and scored what initially appeared to be a game-tying touchdown.
Unfortunately, after catching a touchdown reception with four seconds left, wide receiver Elijah Moore opted to celebrate by pretending to be a dog peeing on the Mississippi State field. That earned him and his team a 15-yard penalty for unsportsmanlike conduct.
Kicker Luke Logan then came out and promptly missed the field goal.
Elijah Moore should have been rewarded for this celebration, not penalized.
