Cody Bellinger was the unsung hero of the Los Angeles Dodgers’ late run to the 2020 World Series. Now with his team securely in the hunt for a championship, fans are excited to learn more about the 25-year-old.
One of the more intriguing things about Bellinger? His girlfriend, model Chase Carter.
Rumors of the pair being linked first surfaced in September of this year, when a photo of a shirtless Bellinger seemingly appeared on Carter’s Instagram stories. Little was said regarding the subject at the time, but people definitely took notice.
Since then, Carter has confirmed the pair’s relationship in her publicly available photos.
Her association with Bellinger notwithstanding, Carter is a working model who has been featured by Polo Ralph Lauren and Philipp Plein, while appearing in publications like Galore, the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition and V Magazine.
Carter is also a big sports fan. In an interview with the New York Post, she alluded to her love for watching games while working out.

“I usually pick my long runs when sports are on the TV, so I’ll watch a football game, a baseball game or a basketball game while I’m running, and I find that very motivating to me because sometimes I like to run without music,” she said.
As of October 2020, Carter boasts 440,000 followers on Instagram. If the Dodgers do well in the World Series, and if Bellinger shines the way he did late in the NLCS, it’s safe to assume that Carter’s association with him will lead to her follower count growing exponentially.
Heading into the 2020 World Series, there were some questions regarding whether Bellinger would be good to go after he suffered a dislocated shoulder celebrating a massive home run in Game 7 of the NLCS against the Atlanta Braves.

The injury initially caused him a decent amount of pain, as his dad confirmed in the following few days.
“I talked to him a little bit after the game, he said it was really really sore,” he told TMZ. “It was sore yesterday.”
Fortunately, it appears Bellinger is all mended and ready to roll as of Tuesday afternoon.
“I just texted him a little bit ago, and he said he was good to go,” Bellinger’s dad said.
“[The pain] is there a little bit, but he’s going to play and he’s going to swing.”
The Dodgers are listed by most odds makers at -200 to win their World Series showdown against the Tampa Bay Rays. Will they be able to deliver on those expectations? We’ll find out once and for all in the coming days and weeks.
