Ciara’s Christmas Day Outfit For Russell Wilson Amid Broncos Loss

The Denver Broncos got blown out by the Los Angeles Rams this past weekend by 37 points.

Quarterback Russell Wilson had yet another terrible showing, throwing three picks en route to an early benching by the recently fired Nathaniel Hackett.

Fortunately, while Wilson undeniably suffered his most embarrassing outing ever on Sunday, it wasn’t all bad news for him. Things are going quite well for the 34-year-old on the home front.

Wilson’s wife, internationally renowned pop star Ciara, put on a special Christmas outfit to make him feel better:

Ciara later shared some more wholesome Christmas imagery on her social media accounts:

This isn’t the first time in recent weeks that both Wilson and Ciara have blown up online. Between her provocative recent birthday message for him, the pair getting called out for their disturbing behavior and their various public beefs – they have become a mainstay in the general headlines.

To make matters worse, Wilson’s awful play in Denver this season has made him the nonstop butt of jokes. Even Nickelodeon was openly mocking him after Sunday’s disastrous effort:

The Broncos gave Wilson a five-year, $242 million contract this past summer. Obviously, all parties involved hoped he would be able to take Denver back to the Super Bowl.

Year one of the experiment has gone about as poorly as it possibly could. And this is as cheap as Wilson will ever get. His contract ascends in value, culminating in a $50 million per year base salary in 2028.

Once upon a time Wilson was a standout quarterback in the NFL. A guy who was viewed as someone who could win you a Super Bowl.

That is no longer the case.

It is great that Wilson’s home life is going so swimmingly, because from a professional standpoint, things couldn’t possibly be going any worse.
