Bradley Beal’s Wife Kamiah Adams-Beal Is Pissed Off

Bradley Beal’s wife Kamiah Adams-Beal is not pleased. What has her up in arms? A recent snafu by Golden State Warriors guard Kent Bazemore.

On Monday night Bazemore seemed to take a shot at the Washington Wizards star while weighing in on Stephen Curry’s perch atop the NBA scoring race.

“[Curry scored] 49 points in 29 minutes, though, that’s unreal,” he said following his team’s victory over the Oklahoma City Thunder on Saturday night. “Then we got guys hurting hamstrings, trying to keep up. So, ya’ll gotta do some research on that.”

That same evening, Bradley Beal finished with 50 points in the Wizards’ overtime victory over the Indiana Pacers. He subsequently sat out the end of regulation and overtime after straining his hamstring in the second half.

Both Kamiah and Bradley Beal took exception to Bazemore’s commentary.

“You don’t know why I go out there and play and it damn sure ain’t for another man’s approval!!!” Beal wrote in a tweet directed at Bazemore. “You a straight LAME!!!”

He continued, “it’s funny you say that because ya mans admittedly checked my numbers before the game, but IM CHASING!!!

Bradley Beal then closed things off with a clown emoji gif.

That’s when his wife stepped in.

“I wouldn’t hold my breath for a response. But hey, maybe after a long night of 8 points, 1 assist, 1 rebound, 6 turnovers and 6 fouls he will have some time,” she tweeted.

Yikes.

For what it’s worth, Bazemore has since attempted to diffuse the situation by saying it was just a joke – but clearly the Beals aren’t having it.

Their reaction shouldn’t come as much of a surprise.

Kamiah, in particular, has been very vocal through the years. Whether she is lambasting the Wizards for their ineffectiveness or calling out the NBA as a whole – she is never one to bite her tongue.

Will this entire situation scare other players from even trying to tangle with Bradley Beal? Time will tell.
