Baker Mayfield’s Wife Emily Shares Memorial Day Boat Party Photos

Baker Mayfield and his wife Emily are currently in the midst of what has been a hectic NFL offseason.

Following a disappointing 2022-23 campaign with the Carolina Panthers and Los Angeles Rams, Baker’s future looked very much in doubt.

For a while there many legitimately questioned whether the former Oklahoma standout would be able to find another starting gig in the league. Fortunately, Tom Brady’s retirement opened up the perfect opportunity for Baker.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers signed Baker to a one-year deal that could be worth up to $8.5 million, and most importantly, one that will allow him to prove he can still be a successful starter in the league.

Over the past few weeks Baker and Emily have been making the most of their offseason in anticipation of his 2023-24 NFL campaign. This week, Emily shared some boat party photos from Memorial Day Weekend.

“Love ya’ll,” one person wrote.

“Excited for the future for you both,” another fan added. “I’m a huge Tampa Bay fan … Baker [has] got the keys. “Let’s enjoy the ride!”

It’s telling that even after Trevor Lawrence’s wife’s Memorial Day Weekend photos went mega-viral, Baker and Emily still found a way to steal the show.

This obviously isn’t the first time in recent months Baker and Emily have found themselves in the headlines. Between Emily’s wild Miami partying photos, the pair’s intimate date night pictures and Emily’s provocative workout imagery, they’re a permanent fixture in the news cycle.

Plus, in addition to all that, there is also just Emily’s standard social media output.

Big picture, this is shaping up to be a crucial make-or-break year for the Mayfield Clan.

If Baker can’t make it work with Mike Evans and Chris Godwin as his wide receivers, he will have a hard time making a starting quarterback case with any other squad.

That said, the opposite is true as well. The NFC South continues to be super winnable for the Bucs.

Derek Carr being on the New Orleans Saints doesn’t mean anything, especially after how the Las Vegas Raiders looked last season. Blame Josh McDaniels if you want, but just by virtue of having Davante Adams to throw to Carr should’ve been better.

The Carolina Panthers are still too green, as are the Atlanta Falcons.

Baker can make something really special happen in Tampa Bay next season, he just needs to get his mind right.

Will Baker and Emily be able to make the Buccaneers their new forever home in the NFL? An answer one way or the other will emerge soon enough.
